• Supported the development of plans, presentations, proposals and other R&R Internal and External Communication efforts.

• Managed agency awards tracker. Notified the team when awards are coming up. Kept track of all submissions, wins and maintained an up-to-date budget.
• Created and managed tracker of employee head shots. Worked with leadership to identify the most immediate needs and work with production to produce and distribute all head shots.
• Actively updated combined MarComms internal status sheet
• Created, updated and filed all brand collateral within Zoom and maintains R&R home
page.
